Welcome to Safari Shack. We are a family run business passionate about all things South African. At Safari Shack we produce all our own Biltong, Droewors, Boerewors and Russian sausages among others. With over 30 years of being a chef and working in hospitality both in South Africa and in the UK. We do not buy and sell on to you. Real time and dedication goes into making sure we put quality into everything we make to make sure you get the real taste and memories of South Africa.
We have the privilege of dining facilities for seating of 100 people, perfect for those big birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, large gardens for summer events and braais, South African menu for lunch time take away. You will find us at food events, food festivals and farmers markets around The North.
Being the hub of our South African community, a place where you know where to come and grab your favourite, be it biltong, bunny chow or a vetkoek is always important to us
